Moving on after studio head Cliff Bleszinski said LawBreakers failed to reach an audience, Boss Key Productions announced Radical Heights today in a news release. In the statement, Boss Key describes their new free-to-play game as a “scavenger hunt survival shooter where cash is king," describing its development status as “X-TREME Early Access” and noting that the core gameplay experience is complete. “This is a five-month passion project for the studio as we’re creating and publishing the game entirely by ourselves,” said Zach Lowery, Radical Heights’ creative director....

Tiffany Lopez, formerly Tiffany Thomas, filed the lawsuit against Nassar and Michigan State in Los Angeles County Superior Court. In 1998, when Lopez was a sophomore on the Spartans softball team, the university sent her to Nassar to be treated for chronic lower back pain. Lopez alleges that Nassar sexually abused her during medical exams more than 10 times during a three-year period. Nassar used a treatment he called “inter-vaginal adjustments” on Lopez, according to the lawsuit....

The Wizards forward is accused of trashing his $30,000-a-month Manhattan apartment. The apartment’s owners, Anuragini Pandey and Rajeev Tewari, are suing Pierce and his wife, Julie, for more than $425,000 in damages and back rent.
